Mohamed Naser Abdelaziz is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Naviium, bringing together more than one discipline: entrepreneurship, strategic investment, business operations, government services and professional sport.
His strength lies in building and running the systems, teams and operations that allow businesses to perform at scale. With extensive experience in the UAE, Mohamed has worked across business setup, Golden Visa and government services, operational delivery, stakeholder management, customer experience and business growth. Having built and exited businesses himself, he brings a practical understanding of what it takes to move from an idea or opportunity to an organisation that can operate, grow and deliver consistently.
At Naviium, Mohamed leads across business development, operations and execution, with a particular focus on turning strategy into workable structures, processes and results. His knowledge of the UAE and wider Middle Eastern business environment, combined with fluency in Arabic and English, allows him to bridge regional realities with international business expectations.
His leadership approach is also shaped by a long-standing career in professional football. Mohamed is Co-Founder and Technical Director of Atlantis City FC, where he contributes to sporting strategy, football operations, player development and the club’s long-term growth. He was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Dragon City FC, leading the organisation across strategy, operations, commercial development and stakeholder relationships before exiting the business.
A Bachelor of Commerce graduate in Accounting, Mohamed combines financial understanding with entrepreneurial experience, operational leadership and a performance mindset developed both in business and on the football pitch.
